Set sail with the Cruising School!

From April to November, the Dunes de Flandre sailing school welcomes the general public, lovers of the open sea and future sailors for a season dedicated to discovering and learning about cruising.

Outings and cruises (Nieuwpoort, Ostend, Netherlands) are available, as well as a specific offer for pleasure boating and safety.

The school has four 8-metre J80 sailing boats and an 11-metre Oceanis 37 cruising boat.

The cruising school is certified as an ‘Ecole de Croisière’ (Cruising School) and ‘Ecole Française de Voile’ (French Sailing School) and also holds the ‘Coach Plaisance’ certification.

Who is it for?
Individuals, families, secondary schools, businesses, people with reduced mobility or disabilities
Suitable for beginners and children aged 8 and over.

Outings
Family outing, 2-hour session on a J80 (aged 8 and over)
Half-day discovery session on a J80 (aged 14 and over)
Cruise on the Océanis (from 14 years old accompanied)
Pleasure boating coaching (for boat owners)

Health sailing
The instructors are qualified health coaches (prescription sport).
