Since 2018, you can hop on any city bus for free. The public transport network stretches from Gravelines, halfway between Calais and Dunkirk, and the Belgian border. You can even take a free bus to De Panne station in Belgium!
The five main bus lines (C1 to C5) offer a frequent service with a bus passing every 10 minutes.

Arriving by car and wondering where to park? There are lots of parking options in Dunkirk. This map gives you information on the variety of parking options in Dunkirk city centre: with park-and-ride, paid parking lots, or parking in town, there’s bound to be a place that suits you!
You can chose your language on the parking meters, and the machine will ask you to enter your license plate before delivering you a ticket.
Parking in Malo-les-Bains, the seaside resort where you’ll find the famous Dunkirk beaches, is free. It’s free in Bray-Dunes too.

In Gravelines, you can park your car for free for 1 or 2 hours, but in the town centre you’ll need a European blue disc.
