Longe Côte, an invigorating and rejuvenating sport, originated in Dunkirk. Considered by many to be like thalassotherapy in the open sea, it is also a comprehensive sport worth discovering!

By trying out coastal walking, you will enjoy the invigorating sea air and a workout that is beneficial for both body and mind. Let yourself be guided by the professionalism of Thomas, inventor of coastal walking, and discover the sea in a unique and invigorating way!

When?
Duration: 2 hours, including preparation and helpful advice from the instructor.
All year round, by reservation.

- Central lifeguard station, Avenue de la Mer, Malo-les-Bains
- Zuydcoote Water Sports Centre
