Duration : Belfry : 30 minutes per group of 16 - Construction Site 'Le Jean Bart' : 2 hours

10:00 to 12:00 : From the top of the Belfry, a World Heritage Site, the students can contemplate the city centre and the port. Inside the Belfry, a carillon of 50 bells rings every 15 minutes. The visit takes approximately 30 minutes per group of 16 persons. A ground game about the history of the city is organized to keep kids entertained during the rotation time.

14:00 to 16:00 : Visit of the construction site of the 'Jean Bart' ship

Imagine the full size construction of a powerful ship armed with 84 cannons. Dive into a 17th century traditional village and discover the activities and know-how used at that time such as the forge, the carpentry, the smokery and the sculpture workshop.
